Extreme outer ear pain: What can it be?

This Ear Issue is an Ear Pressure Sore, Chondrodermatitis Nodularis Helicis (CNH), a Bedsore of the Ear. I, too, am experiencing this issue. I am nearly bedridden from my disability, and have this issue in my right ear, and the outside edge of the cartridge.

Hello @jason4usmc, Welcome to Connect. @monaarnaout @gdrum and others have mentioned a few tips to help the ear pain including a special pillow with a hole in the center for your ear. Has your doctor offered any suggestions to help with the symptoms?
