Medical marijuana for sleep disorders?

THC/CBD tincture drops under the tongue at bedtime are what I've used for insomnia after struggling with the Benzo meds. Placed under the tongue minimizes the amount going through the digestive system which bother some. The dosage is easily adjusted with the graduated dropper. In the last two months I've been using a Cpap and even though I have minimal apnea episodes it has improved my sleep on the nights I'm not fighting the mask.

Try THC/CBN. CBN is much better for sleep. It will not work without THC but it doesn’t take much to activate CBN, which has zero “high”. I get mine from my D.O. doctor after going to her for acid reflux to get off Prilosec.
