Have you had any injuries to that area? You might want to consider a peripheral nerve specialist. They are very often also plastic surgeons. Also, have you had an MRI neurography? That will show nerve injury.

I had this monster for 14-1/2 years and sat on a donut. What took it away was anti-seizure medicine for an unrelated issue. Ask your doctor; it works quickly too. Good luck. Also, I was told MRIs do not show nerve damage.
