Hello Ginger thanks for responding to my message no I don’t keep a journal but I can kinda remember the different doctors I have visit and the medication s I have taken, I am living in Georgia and I don’t think a Mayo Clinic is close by but this is my last resort because am so tired of going to different doctors with no answers, I try to keep records of my blood works. My pain will start in the morning as I wake and it would run for days and the only pain killers I notice work is Tylenol extra strength but all the other meds they have me on don’t help.

3. Grady Memorial Hospital, Atlanta

4. The Medical Center, Navicent Health, Macon

5. Memorial University Medical Center, Savannah

6. Augusta University Medical Center, Augusta
