Yes. This was very helpful. The talk about the focused brain was a fabulous reminder for me.
Since retirement, the opportunities for mind wandering have increased 💯. A top skill of mine is focus and I’m most happy after I’ve spent several hours in that mode. I’m an artist and a writer and I’ve Let mind wandering throw me off track which feeds my depression that keeps me from exercising my focus. Silly human that I am.

Thank you @johnbishop for the T. T. I will watch again and start the practice of gratitude upon awakening.
