Hello @galway22, Welcome to Connect, an online community where patients and caregivers share their experiences, find support and exchange information with others. I had a Dreamstation Go along with the regular Dreamstation CPAP machine before the recall and I really liked it. I replaced the Dreamstation Go travel CPAP with a ResMed AirMini and I like it much better. The only negative about it if you can call it that is the CPAP hose is not standard and there are only specific masks designed to work with it...but there is a workaround. They make a CPAP hose adapter that fits the machine so you can use whatever mask you have along with a standard CPAP hose. I do like the user program/app that comes with the Dreamstation much better than the ResMed MyAir but that's just a personal preference thing.

How long have you been using a CPAP?

What can you say as regards the noise level or the motor humm? Are you using it with the waterless humidification system? What is the longest period (number of days) you have used it? Are you using the battery, if yes is it good for more than one night?
Thank you in advance for your answers.
