If you want to find a doctor who is experienced in doing this type of procedure, I would recommend that you visit a well-known eye center. I'm assuming that you live in the U.S. If that is the case, you might consider going to a university medical school in your area that has a well-respected eye center. You could also try a research-oriented center like Mayo Clinic, Cleveland Clinic, or another one in your area.
