That’s exactly my point. I go to sleep with ice pack and 600mg Gabapentin (10:30pm). I’m woken up by 3 or 4 am with pain. I think my pain dr mentioned time release. Just checking to see if anyone has used it.

Nope, I just didn’t know if it was or not until @jakedduck1 explained it to me.

There is time release, as well as liquid.

Hi. I saw some replies mentioned about Gralise. It’s no longer available but Nucynta works really well. I use th immediate release. U can have it 3 times / day but it has sexual side effects so I only do 2 times / day. I supplement with a ton of herbals. Once th state took our pain meds in 2016 it got bad n I had to find alternatives until I got a new pain doctor.
I use:
Evening primrose oil ( GLA is th main workhorse). Don’t believe it’s only fr women.
Kava - tremors
Lemon balm
Gymnema Sylvestre-Tinnitus/ ear pain
Topical calendula, comfrey oils plus Salon Pas numbing.

Good luck. I find lots of info on neuropathy sites talking to others.
