I got my third dose of Moderna on Tuesday. No problems and no reaction issues, other than a sore arm.I got it at Walmart and had to verify (just verbally) that I was eligible. I have given my record information to my transplant team. I tried to send a photo of my record card, but it wouldn’t send so I just wrote down the info and sent it. I offered my insurance card to Walmart, but she didn’t want it, just my Medicare card.

@cmael, it took me a couple of tries before I could send photo of my covid registry card. After I moved farther away from the card, it was the right size and it sent.
Later that afternoon I got an email response from CVS with a printable receipt with vaccine information that is actually legible! I guess I’ll put it in my files if ever needed .

I always smile when I see your name pop up in a transplant response😀 I remember how we met in the waiting room Gonda Bldg. Do you remember that? You had just had your transplant and were waiting for labs, while I was there for my annual checkup. And we had communicated on Connect during the previous week!
