Hi @jlg47, Yes, the in tune with your body/heartbeat is exactly what I was referring to. I can be standing next to the dryer and not realizes it's going....it's not all the time for me though. Not yet anyway. And yes, I take 3 BP meds as well and I take something for insomnia, only because I work for Mayo and not sleeping isn't really an option. haha.

Do you think this could be due to heart issues?

Hi @amandaburnett We seem to have many common problems. I am sorry to hear of your need for 3 PB meds ( you are so much younger than I am). I do hope that they are working for you. Heart issues are often tied to high BP. My recent hospital stay required several tests that did not find obvious heart problems. I am scheduled for more testing but am not worried.
Your concern about pre-menopausal causes are hopefully not due to doctors jumping to that diagnosis as a convenient answer to every female problem that has no easy answer.
There seems to be very little R&D done for these particular problems or symptoms. The human brain is still the great unknown.
I don’t know if my inner vibration is tied to BP, heart,SSCD (ear) or as yet unknown conditions. It is comforting to know that I am not alone.
p.s. I did get some sleep last night (medicated) and awoke to no vibrations for 1st time in weeks. Sleep anyway that we can get it is so beneficial.
