For pudendal Pain I use amitriptyline with pregabalin (max allowable dose) and when needed clobetasol ointment (sparingly). Finally found relief with this combination of medication after suffering from pudendal pain for many years as a result of severe burn and destruction of tissue from a prescribed medical misdiagnosis and a genetic skin disease called lichen sclerosis.
