I tried CPAP endlessly. It made my migraine in my face accelerate a lot. This in addition to trying unsuccessfully to keep the mouthpiece in place while I slept. CPAP? 1)Hard to go to sleep with accelerating migraine, 2) hard to stay asleep,3)I finally gave up and went to oral device.
