I am not receiving any treatment. My primary has prescribed a pill for seizures. The pill prevents bad headaches and facial pain, but doesn’t help the eyes. The surgeon has not been helpful from the beginning.

@gocy it doesn’t sound like anyone really wants to help you and that’s not so good. Maybe its time to think about another ophthalmologist because your eyes shouldn’t be hurting! I have cataract surgery coming up and this is one more question i need to ask! Can you let me know what you find out?

I can relate - I have had constant eye pain as well as some severe headaches for the 18 months since my cataracts surgery. Have had three brain and eye orbit MRI's and a spinal tap and still have no answers. My neurologist just started me on anti seizure medication. I see you post was from 7/22- wondering if you ever got any answers or relief? Thanks.
