Need opinions about incontinence aids

Hi. I have serious incontinence. Yes, no! I do ot want to take medication for it, although I might in the future. But I do want to know what types of non-medication helps there are in terms of which pads or coverups are the best so that it doesn't leak through. I go ALL NIGHT LONG, like 10 times a night, I don't know why but I'm too tired to get up and go to bathroom. I wear pads and panties but it still leaks through. So what does any sufferer wear for this ailment?

I am taking pelvic floor physical therapy to handle a similar problem. I can hold my pee now for about 4 hours before I need to go to the bathroom. You might want to think about this, too.
Medicare pays for the therapy.
