It appears the Compound AC1903 and TRPC5 are dealing with podocytes, an issue with FSGS patients. Not all kidney disease patients have this complication. It seems to me it would be critical to establish the exact cause of a patient's CKD in order to benefit from this therapy. Using my case as an example, my glomeruli [filtering components] are being shut down by collagen Type III building up within them. I have extremely high protein leak into my urine and blood as a result. I don't think this therapy of AC1903 would work, for me.

I applaud any advancements in treatment of CKD! We have often heard, "There is no cure for kidney disease." Even dialysis or transplant is simply a treatment, not a cure."

Thanks, Ginger...What I Really Want To Know is where all this money going...it's not for any cures or treatment of any kind...seems like the only thing they want is not A Cure but only treatments...no money in a cure...
