This valuable resource has a lot to offer, not only to someone who may live with mental illness, but their family and friends. There should be no shame in admitting to a disorder that falls under "mental Illness". I myself prefer to call it a dis-order rather than illness.

I might be looking for an online support group. Was trying to get an appointment for some counseling, but no one in my vicinity is taking new clients. Even a telehealth therapist has nothing until October. I will have cured myself by then!
