Stubborn red bumps on face that won't go away

Thank you so much. I did visit two dermatologists. One told me it was acne and the other gave me 2 treatments for a whole year and was going to start treatment number three. I just never want to go back. Too much medicines and tablets and creams. My skin has become thin and dried out. Is there any natural way or easier way to cure this? I looked up minocycline and it seems a bit drastic. I would definitely have to talk to a dermatologist if I am to take any other medicine. Mostly, I think I'll be half relived just to know the name of what I have on my face.

I have “rosacea-like” issue.
Possibly atopic dermatitis.
Possibly adult acne.
Although ruled out-overactive mites on face. We all have mites on our face and along our eyelashes. Its normal but they can get out of control.
I have been treated ad though i had several different things. Allergies to preservatives was another. I had have an apothecary compound products that did not have those in them
I have used tacrolimus, eucrisa and soolantra. A very expensive experience.
So minocycline, the newest of the drugs probably was a last ditch effort but its working and felt right from the start.

Good luck on your journey!
