Hello @11blessed, Welcome to Connect, an online community where patients and caregivers share their experiences, find support and exchange information with others. I'm on the skeptical side of your question. A lot of the advertisers make claims that they can't back up with clinical evidence. I would want specific research before purchasing one. I do know that a chair with a Shiatsu massager makes me feel good at the time but it doesn't last and outside of the short time I'm in one I see no other benefit but that's just me. Years ago I purchased a small vibration unit for me feet which have neuropathy and it did nothing for them.

Mayo Clinic has some information that mentions it could be an effective --- "Some research does show that whole-body vibration may help improve muscle strength and that it may help with weight loss when you also cut back on calories. Whole-body vibration may also have a role beyond sports and fitness." - Is whole-body vibration a good way to lose weight and improve fitness?: https://www.mayoclinic.org/healthy-lifestyle/fitness/expert-answers/whole-body-vibration/faq-20057958

The Foundation for Peripheral Neuropathy has some exercise information that may be helpful for improving balance and more here:

Are you thinking about buying a specific Shiatsu or vibration platform?
