I always appreciate your opinion and I’ve been reluctant to try it for the same reasons (supplements are not regulated in canada either). My fear is always making things worse. I already use NAC and it has perhaps helped get me this far. I will also check into glutathione oral supplements as that seems to be less risky than nebulizer.

Glutathione and NAC are closely related, and I cannot find any definitive information, but would conclude from my reading that use of both is unnecessary as NAC converts to glutathione in the liver as it is digested.
I did find a couple of cautions stating that use can lead to elevated magnesium levels, low blood pressure, decreased clotting after surgery, altered effectiveness of diabetes and heart meds.
