I am 69 years old and I’ve always been very active but I’ve recently developed neuropathy in my feet which is making activity difficult. My feet go from burning hot to ice cold toes.

I have a similar problem. My feet are full of pins, needles, burning, cold and severe pain . I can’t even walk on them. My right arm is the same way.
What do you do for your condition?

I’ve been told I have raynauds,but my feet are red with white lines and hurt all the time! Any connections?
