Yes. My husband has never had any history of anemia or low iron. He received the Pfizer vaccine in March. He began feeling more tired over the next two months. He saw his physician and she suspected some type of internal bleeding based on the blood test, He had an upper and lower endoscopy. No internal bleeding was found. They are going to try the camera endoscopy next week. We don't think this is going to reveal anything. His iron, ferritin and red blood cell count is extremely low. The only change in has been receiving the vaccine.

Hello, I am having a similar issue. I received my 1st dose of the Astra Zeneca on April 29th. On May 15th I went to my doctor as my extremities were numb and white (only for 1 hour), I was feeling very light headed each day and extremely weak and tired. Doctor did blood work and called me back into the office on May 18th to tell me that my iron level was at 6 and my hemoglobin was at 102. She recommended Feramax - 1 a day for 30 days. I went back just after the 30 days for more bloodwork (June 17th) only to find that my iron levels were then at 5 - lower than they were when I started the pills. My doctor then told me to take 2 Feramax pills per day with an orange for 90 days and come back for more bloodwork. Since June 17th, I have been taking 2 Fermax per day. I have also been taking Moringa Oleifera, B-12 1000mcg, Veg-Iron and vitamin C. I have also bee having a spinach shake each day as well as some liver. I started feeling better and my restless leg syndrome even diminished. I then went to get my 2nd vaccination of Phizer on July 4th. In the past 4 or 5 days now, I have again been feeling extremely tired, weak and lightheaded. Please let me know if you have discovered anything?

Hello, I recently have experienced the same problem low ferritin and low iron. I have been looking for a reasons this is occurring and the only thing is the Pfizer COVID-19 shot. I am female.

The day after I got my second dose of Pfizer I starting getting daily dizzy spells for a month and super fatigued. Recently I had black stools and went to doctor. She called today to tell me I needed a scope done. I have severe anemia and she thinks I have been bleeding for awhile. Makes me wonder if the vaccine caused it. I’ve never had problems like this before.

I had the Moderna vaccine 1/20/21. By 2/1 I started feeling extremely tired and symptoms kept coming. By 2/15 I was bedridden. I had severe symptoms - about 20 of them. After 9 doctors (3 ER’s) not being able to figure it out- I figured out on my own that I had iron deficiency without anemia. I had never had this before. I verified this with a blood test and two more doctors afterward. I took 4 weeks off of work and once I started supplementing iron I started to get better within about 4 days. When I got to work, a coworker of mine was also out for weeks and had the Moderna vaccine about a week after mine. He was also bedridden! We found out that he also had a severe iron problem! He also had severe symptoms (we both felt like we were going to die at one point). He also took iron and got better. It’s interesting that you ask this question because I’m constantly wondering if anyone else had this same thing happen. My ferritin was 21 three weeks after supplementing. Now it is 132 and I feel so much better. I hope your husband is also.

I have been having the same problem. I went to the doctor after being very tired and easily out of breath. My CBC counts had all plummeted as well as my iron and iron saturation. I started pumping myself with anything I could with iron in it. Next blood test my CBC counts had come back up, but my iron and saturation levels were still low. I still am taking anything I can to up my iron. While I am not as tired as I was, I still find I have no get up and go, and still need one nap each day, which is not me. I plan on requesting another iron and saturation test soon, but am afraid this is permanent.
I received my two Pfizer shots in March and April.

I hope your husband is feeling better, a family member is reporting the same issue i.e. feeling very tired with low iron levels.

I had my hemoglobin level drop from 13.6 to 7.9 after the Moderna vaccine.

I work for a blood donation facility. I personally have seen a lot of donors that have been donating for many years and have all of a sudden been deferred due to low hemoglobin. The only common denominator has been the covid vaccination. They have never had issues before. A now, surprise, there is a severe shortage of blood and platelet products.
They can deny what the vaccine does to people but I can only get a hypothesis based on what I've personally seen.

The exact same thing happened to me - I got anemia - I had to take all kinds of tests and they could find nothing wrong with me at all. I had to take a 360mg dose of Iron every day and I was fine. Now a week ago I took my booster shot and I feeling this anemia again. So I just took an Iron pill, and I will again for a while until I feel better. I am not sorry I took the booster because I believe this anemia will go away like it did before

I had the same experience, only I was hospitalized and received two blood transfusions as well as two iron infusions later. I had camera endoscopies and a colonoscopy that yielded no internal bleeding or other problems. I had every test imaginable, and everyone just threw up their hands about the cause. I just had another blood test, and my iron level is starting down again. It is very lonely out there because no one believes me, and I am excluded from certain activities because I have refused the booster shot. I should add that I have no history of anemia and am past menopause. I received the Moderna vaccine.
