How long has this been going on for you and have you had any blood work done like @imallears had suggested previously in the discussion?

Yes ive had tons of testing done been hard to figure out alot had been done. I have small bowel ulcers but nothing heals the ulcers and don't know if thats causing my issues. Was negative for h pylori though I have extreme fat malabsorption, elevated ily cytokine, positive ana tests, but still unsure whats causing this all
