AMEN: I just take the tablet-safe and effective as well as no real side effects with the exception of hard stools......easily offset the over-the counter’s softener remedy.?
So the two of us in our group are managing otherwise painful, difficult effects of the permanent nerve damage this neuropathy entails. Spread the word❗️Too many of the afflicted just suffer in silence and inaction🙀. This regimen should provide them hope even in the absence of a cure.

YES!! Chronic pain sufferers need to start speaking up. Drug abusers have made my life miserable. I would give my right arm to be on NO medications, yet there are people out there taking these drugs to get high. It makes me so mad my blood boils. Many pain sufferers are now being treated like addicts. I say, walk in my shoes doctor and you will be begging for some relief. My doctors have recommended me take at least 500 mg of Magnesium every night to offset the constipation and it helps me immensely. They said I could go up to 1000mg, but honestly I don't need that much. I also sometimes take over the counter Colace -non-stimulant form stool softener.
