I am on a low potassium diet and got my list of foods from a booklet called Guidelines for a Potassium Controlled Diet.free booklet published by Mayo Clinic. They also have a booklet called Guidelines for Controlling Sodium.
These booklets are distributed by the Barbara Woodward Lips Patient Education Center. You could call Mayo and get the number for the Barbara Woodward Center to get the booklets.
