I’ve been dealing with thick mucus for over 2 yrs. it started as a sinus infection, got the balloon sinus surgery that didn’t help. Now I have very high rapid heart beat along with the mucus. Go thru a box of tissues everyday

@arleneclaire67 Mine started as a sinus infection and it went on for five years seeing many ENT docs over the excessive mucus I had. Finally, I was told by my cardiologist there were sounds in my chest and I need to see a lung doctor. I did and now I am on bronchiectasis regimen. I believe the balloon surgery is for the sinus.
