@artist01 Aw, Laurie. I’m so very sorry to hear you’re back in the hosptial and feeling so wretched! That is the right word for this, wretched. You poor thing!
Nausea is just god-awful. I swear that was the worst part of all my cancer/transplant journey. You have my greatest empathy, dear heart.
Your G.I. doctor at least sounds attentive and has a sense of humor. LOL.
So what would you want to be in your second life? I’ve given that some serious thought over the past years. I’m still not sure...though I feel with my love of shiny things I either was or will return as a crow! Caw Caw.
This past weekend was glorious. We were able to spend 5 wonderful days with our daughter and her husband when they joined us at the lake. We’ve not been together since last August!! 10 months. She and I are super close so the separation has been hard. We made up for lost time. (Thankfully the two men get along great) One of the days she helped plant the window boxes and pots for me as I’m still not allowed to be playing with dirt. Need to be cautious around potential fungal sources. Anyway, I’m posting a pic for you of the gorgeous Hibiscus plants she stuck in my pots!!
Laurie, I will pray extra hard that you feel better soon. Obviously my sending ‘healing vibes’ did nothing...losing my super power? Hehe. Hugs to you!
