Hi! I have been completely itch free for six months and Grover's free for over 2 years! I attribute that to the Cilantro smoothies. Not sure what was triggering my itching ( I had an additional unexplained rash that ran concurrent to my Grover's ) but it has so far run it’s course. Thanks for checking in. I hope you find relief soon.

I hope our successes inspire other's to keep battling their eczema and learn how to manage it. For both of us it took years of trial and error. I'm not saying it won't mutate or some other form of eczema won't attack us, yet we both know intensive personal study and being personally proactive is a necessity in this battle.
