It is a device that I saw advertised by a « Dr Phillips » , claiming that it will regenerate nerves - rather far-fetched - but my husband nevertheless spoke to his nephrologist about it. This doctor told him that THE REBUILDER was only another TENS machine, and at an outrageous price. Please don’t fall for this scam. It will not regenerate nerves.
I had a TENS device years ago and it didn't do much. Two years ago I got the REBUILDER and have used it on my feet (in water). I didn't use it for two weeks and I noticed my balance got somewhat worse and my balance got worse. My feet didn't feel the charge unless I turned it up to 8 which I was told not to go above 6. I put the patches for back on my back and couldn't even have it on 3. It does have more power over the non-prescription TENS machines. I am soaking my feet in water with the REBUILDER on now, even though I don't feel it on my feet, I will walk better and have more conficence than without it. Between that and exercising in the pool for 60 minutes, I feel more confident in my walk and balance. My suggestion is go without it for a while and see how you feel. If it worsens, get back on the REBUILDER!!

SCAM - SCAM - SCAM ALERT! There are entire industries devoted to taking advantage of desperate, medically challenged people. PLEASE, talk to your Dr., a person with a legit medical background when it comes to any therapy or med for Neuropathy. These blood suckers will say and do anything to get your $.

@texasflyboy thank you for sharing a great option for therapy - exercising in the pool. What do you do in the water that helps you feel more confident walking and with your balance?

When the pain was very bad, yes it did work. His pain felt like the bottoms of his feet were being stabbed, and it was a shooting pain extending to the lower leg and top of the foot. However, for more moderate pain it did not bring much relief
Hi I just replied to you and said that the TENS machine worked. I assumed that you were referring to Dr Ho’s, and NOT to the other one advertised by « Dr Phillips ». That one is a scam, as far as it’s claim of regenerating nerves.
I didn't know they were still in business. I actually have one of these that I bought YEARS ago, a 'reconditioned' 2407 from them. It IS a great foot bath rejuvenator for sure, but does NOT "cure" neuropathy. I get more of a kick out of it by not using a battery but rather the power adapter. It is a bit of a bother to fill up the foot bath thing, so I have been using a Revitive disc for years as well. Still hasn't cured me, lol
