I visited a neurologist and had a workup done and they did not recommend anything at all. They didn't find anything wrong except I have carpal tunnel syndrome.

I would seriously ask for a second opinion. I don’t believe carpal tunnel would address your feet. If you live in a rural area, you might need to travel a bit to get a true second opinion but you might find it worth the trip.
