anything that improve my panic when i loose my way or direction
This is something that happens to me. When I started to get lost when driving (dont drive anymore) it was unnerving. I definitely felt VERY anxious. It started off subtle and lasted maybe 10 seconds. Now I am a full time passenger and am lost a good part of the time. Always asking where are we at?
My mom taught me some bio feedback techniques that help when i get feeling anxious.
I try to look for clues that might spark a memory that can help know where i am at.
I also utilize a high concentration CBD to THC product . For me a 12.5 part CBD to 1 part THC seems to help best. I have been utilizing this for ~2 years along with a couple other products for more advanced pain.
Thi also helps me with mood - staying more level - helps with the mood swings. And a big thing for me - it helps me with sleep.
Of course - w have to be very careful so we don’t interact with one of the many meds we could be on - so when you meet with a medical marijuana doctor - make sure they are not a card mill - meaning they dont really do much except say - yup you qualify. I researched and found an osteopath that was also a MMJ doctor. He spent over 2 hours with me before coming up with a proposed treatment plan. We tweaked it as time went on to find the best products for me.
