lol athenalee, I'm in the same boat. I had the Pfizer vaccine, I'm just 7 months post-transplant, I'm 62 years old and I take MMF. Still, I'm hoping for the best but prepared for the worst 🙂

I'm not sure if my immune system will mount an antibody response or not, but I think it's doubtful. It's a little disconcerting to think that our safety may lie in the hands of anti-vaxxers. I'm really hoping they come up with alternative treatments that are effective because I don't want to live the rest of my life as a hermit if it can be helped.

Hah. Transplant twins almost! Good to meet you. I know, like I mentioned, I’m glad I live in a town of just 12,000 people in the state with the highest number of vaccinated people and consistently the lowest number per capita of Covid cases. Spring is here, so I’m doing all the group activities outside I can. At least the country is on a better track with vaccines. Hang in there!
