How strange. I too have the internal tremors in my hands mainly.....with overall stiffness and muscle weakness mainly in upper extremities. I also have noticed tiny cramping in my foot area (from where toes are and into the arch). Its really weird. My ft4 is 0.95, my ft3 is 2.9 and rt3 is 17.5, tsh ranges from 1.4 to 2.2. Family history of thyroid issues on moms side. Can this be related to thyroid?

Welcome to MayoClinicConnect @saska . You’ve definitely picked the right discussion to follow. Everyone here is a volunteer so we help each other by sharing what has worked and what hasn’t on our health journeys. We’re not medical professionals so we can’t diagnose or prescribe.
