Increased numbness with decreased humidity?

Hi Elizabeth @ess77 The humidity in Florida is indeed a difficult challenge. As you had said Florida is a lovely state with its sunny days and beautiful beaches. Hard to move away although the hurricanes and thunderstorms are a drawback. Folks living near or on the coast are more at risk for incurring damages from the hurricanes.
Have you been to Arizona? I never have travelled there but I will have the opportunity next year to experience its climate and wildlife. Luckily, I don’t have any joint pain or swelling to deal with. My pain is merely from my neuropathy so far. We do our best to move our bodies no matter how much we hurt. I remember an elderly neighbor(in his 70s) years ago who had told me he had arthritis badly all over his body but his daily exercise program was the only way to curb his pain. He was pretty good about it, always on the move. He even rode his bike and never used a car to get around. Wish you well for better days! Toni

Hello, Toni. I'm soooo jealous you have an Arizona trip planned. Oh, to be a fly on the window going with you. Guess I'd be blown off, tho, but I so want to go. That's no longer an option, but I do everything possible to make my life in Florida the best it can be. I walk as I can, I use the PT heated therapy pool for an hour 2X weekly, beginning again soon after having some procedures and tests.
Yes, exercise and moving. Sarcoid, chronic bronchitis, gastro issues, fibro, herniated lumbar, cervical and thoracic discs, aortic anuerysm, and whatever are keeping me home, but not down. I'm getting better and better, then a few steps back then better.....so, as you see, this isn't anything new to my body.

I'll keep going until everything gets too tired and stops. Love it!
Blessings in your journey. elizabeth
