If I sit, my feet go numb, and they don't wake up

@feetnumb, A lot of times if I'm sitting I make sure my feet are either flat on the floor or elevated level or higher than my chair to make the blood flow easier. I also make sure I stand for a few minutes every hour. My daily routine includes some walking around the house and yard, and riding an exercise bike along with some other minor stretching exercises. Do you think you are having trouble with blood flowing to your legs? Have you talked to your doctor about it?

I think blood is not flowing to feet because they go numb. If I lie down the feet feel better. If I sit/stand, they go numb.

I'm not sure what the doctor can do? What did your doctor help with?
