I was thinking .. I let you all know the good news that I am still stable since seeing Dr. Aksamit Wednesday at Mayo Clinic .. YEAH! Now stable since May 2014. It made me wonder how all you are doing .. have not heard from some of you and have been wondering! Would you mind just a short note checking in to let me know your status? I know the Thanksgiving Holiday is coming up and we are all busy .. but truthfully it made me think of you all. No rush .. I will be traveling to see family .. but will enjoy reading your posts and answering as I can .. AND everyone else will enjoy catching up with you also! So Happy Thanksgiving to everyone if I don’t get a chance to say it before the actual day! Hugs to all! Katherine

Heather, love that "DIE CRITTERS DIE!" .. AMEN to that!! Let me know about that Aerobika .. but I think I am going to try that Expand-A-Lung Breathing Fitness Exerciser next week when I get time to order it .. will update after I've tried it etc! Just found out via a breast CT scan that I have some Atelectasis in my left lung .. I googled it and found it is essentially a partial collapse of a lobe of a lung. Hmmm .. am hoping some breathing exercises may help. Haven't had time to read all the Amazon reviews .. but a lot of athletes use it to increase lung capacity. Am going to do further research after Thanksgiving holiday .. too much going on right now! Hugs! Katherine

Thanks Katherine, I really appreciate your support and encouragement so much,haven't had much luck with the aerobika yet (havnt tried much tho) I will let you know if I get it to work well. DIE CRITTERS DIE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
