Hi @exboater, I think you might appreciate this video with Mayo Clinic's Dr. Timimi and the ensuing discussion among members.
- Confused about Stiff Heart, Diastolic Heart Failure, or HFpEF? https://connect.mayoclinic.org/discussion/confused-about-stiff-heart-diastolic-heart-failure-or-hfpef/

I'm also tagging fellow members @tcokeefe @imhart @predictable @thankful @hopeful33250 @harmonybentley @mzhp1988 @bjanderson and @muriel66 to see if they may have some thoughts about ejection issues and blood pressure.

Exboater, how are you currently managing your blood pressure?

I am currently using ace inhibitor. Also found that sodium is one of my major problems. If my sodium level gets up , My blood pressure will get up as much as 165/60 and stay there . Works like this pressure is low, around 100. As the day goes on. My pressure will climb up and stay there until I go to bed. Next day same problem. When increase my sodium pill to 2 per day and change my diet to lower my sodium intake I will lose weight and my blood pressure will stay down all day.
