bumps "down there"

a while ago i noticed some bumps "down there" so i went to see my dr and she did a swab...which showed nothing more than a yeast infection. i did a canesten round and the yeast infection cleared. these bumps are still coming and going and i dont want them there anymore.

they aren't shaving bumps.

could this be gen warts? hpv? if it was either the test results would have shown that, right? ahhhh i am freaking out!!!!
