Sorry, Irish Spring soap makes me sneeze, even if I am around someone who has showered with it. So I use the Irish Spring in the garden to drive the deer away because they do not like any smells and have terrific sense of smell for hunters. I get up in the night and drink a glass of water which helps but then I have to get up again before morning. Hot water in the shower also helps. Dorisena
