Do you eat 🍌 banana s regularly, they can help as well as aid in hypertension. Also a little pickle juice or products with electrolytes, due the outside exposure, we release perspiration at times without realizing it. Hope this aides in those issues. If not you may have a condition which is the narrowing of the blood vessels which cause cramps upon exertions.
