Hi I had a laparoscopic sacral colpopexy for a bladder sling which converted to open abdominal sacral colpopexy due to a 3 centimeter injury to my left common iliac vein going up to my bifurcation of the vena cava...Long story short I was in & out of hospitals seeing Dr's to help with the DVT's .. I ended up going to Mayo's for a stent. Now Im also getting back to back UTI"s Could it be that our bodies are having a reaction to the mesh? Could this be a cause to have the mesh removed? I will go back to Mayo's if necessary..
