Do you think I will be ok?

I sure hope so. I do feel so much better now. To control my sugars I eat small meals during the day and try to get a lot of protein. My morning smoothie is excellent. Get your sugars under control and that should help. I have thyroid issues that add to my depression. Have they checked yours? I’m also deficient in Vit D. Your body does strange things when not fed properly.

I’ve already had 2 mini strokes and now my blood pressure is very high from weaning off the Lexipro. I’m a mess!

I am extremely sick tonite. Taking care of my son and going to bed!

Hi everyone! I have been taking lexapro for about 4 months. I had a really bad panic attack back in June. After the panic attack I was having really bad anxiety and a physician that I work with wrote me a prescription for lexapro and told me it would help me out. The first two months were horrible! I was having really bad anxiety, couldn't sleep, very irritable, I felt like I was loosing my mind. I'm feeling better now but no longer want to be dependent on something everyday to make me feel "normal". Any tips on what I can do to ween myself off and what helps with the withdrawal process? I don't have a family doctor or insurance. The doctor that prescribed the medication no longer works with me.

I have been on Lexapro 20 for 10 yrs and now weaning from 10 mg. My psychiatrist suggested Lexapro liquid. It will be written generic.
This has worked well so far as I have really good control with dosage.
I use Hemp derived THC at about 1pm as the symptoms start to affect me.
Just takes edge off and legal in all states
So far on 7 mg daily
