@johnwhite

I fell I have sufficient experiences to enable me to help others and hopefully to receive consultations regarding my existing conditions. I can explain in more detail given to the correct section if you could provide further direction. My problems briefly relate to having two spine operations and suffering long term pain controlled by Fentanyl. A benign inner ear tumour that eventually shrank but left me with deafness and tinnitus. A recent 6.5 cm Atrial Myxoma tumour has been removed and I am taking blood thinners. I have a Bronchiectasis lung disorder. Hopefully this little list helps someone worse off!

Hi John my name is Marcy. I was hoping you could provide me with some answers and direction to get the medical help I so desperately need. I went into heart failure 10 years ago at the age of 33. I had near fatal low potassium level and gained about 20 lbs of fluid in a matter of weeks. I had an elevated c-reactive protein, potassium level 2.7, high RDW's, low sodium, and bnp level of 202.8. I was discharged with a dx of venous insufficiency. My doppler echo showed left atrial enlargement with regurgitation of the mitral and tricuspid valves. No transesophageal echiocardiography was ever done. A few months prior to my hospilization I had an abnormal Ekg that was never told about that read at the top Acute Injury/Illness. The Ekg also showed a Qwave in V1, electrical axis +10 degrees, flattened t-wave in V3 and inverted in V1 and a sinus arrhythmia. There was no prior ekg to use for comparison so they deemed this as a normal reading but with heart failure following I find that hard to believe. I was inquiring though if you had experienced any of these issues and in your opinion is this suggestive of a left atrial myxoma. I believe this may have started around age 27 and I'm now 43 and in my opinion in getting worse by the day and don't think I have a lot of time left before this takes a turn for the worse. Almost a year ago I started having problems with my memory and feel like I have little use of my short term memory and I'm finding it very hard to find someone who listen to me and provide the help I need. Any information or guidance you have would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
