Hi @jshdma, Your point is well taken. "Leverage the evidence" is not plain language. I take it to mean "use the evidence" and that the articles in that section will present evidence-based information about aging well and how people can apply the scientific evidence into their daily lives.

Thanks for this clarification. The term "Leverage" iis most commonly found in relation to financial transactions. Of course I could have looked it up! Maybe at any age one should use a reference book. .
