@johnbishop Hello, John. Thank you for the above links to arthritis webinars and other info. I'm constantly in arthritic pain, head to toe actually, so I need all the help possible.

For @nazleer, yes, most of us have some arthritis and some pain, but some do indeed suffer with serious arthritis pain. I am one. Feet, toes, all joints, vertebrae, neck, jaws, and my hands/wrists/fingers hurt all the time and the worst. Especially when the finger joints are deteriorating, becoming disformed and ugly and oh so painful.....it often awakens me from a sleep during one of these episodes. AND, don't overlook the barometer/weather. It does affect my body, I hurt all over when the climate changes......

I use MMJ, THC/CBD tincture and lotion that helps a lot. Actually, gives me the most help of anything, and ibuprophen is helpful. I take supplements as well. I no longer take script meds for arth pain, Cymbalta may although I take it for fibro and anxiety.
