Good morning @gina54, May I add my heartfelt welcome to connect, Thank you for posting about your cannabis usage. I am glad it helps you deal with chronic pain. Would you entertain and consider giving up the smoking, It is not a delivery without health risks. How about a dropper of the same dosage,
May yiou be safe and protected from inner and outer harm,

I do not smoke anything including marijuana. You must have misunderstood what I said. I use CBD oil topically on my skin (like an ointment where I have pain) and I take a very small amount orally from the tiny spoon that is provided with the CBD oil bottle. I agree with you that filling one's lungs with smoke of any kind is unhealthy..

I cannot smoke anything due to lung issues but gummies are just as effective for me and last 4 times longer!
