Hi imallears,
My first time doing the vaginal cream. I was instructed to use the plastic tube that pumps the cream into a deeper part if your vagina.
Are you saying you figure our how much you need and use a gloved hand and reach reach inside to apply?

@maflynn777 I use the plastic tube, think it's the only way to do what needs doing and get the med high enough. I have had hysterectomy, abdominal surgery to remove large benign tumor, vaginal tightening, vaginal birth with baby breech.....any one can contribute to this urethra weakening and incontinence. I'm praying this bulking injection will help and/or solve the problems. Don't need another sedation.

Apparently, the urethra muscle not closing properly is not common. But, any of above can cause. I'm obviously concerned as I also have some autonomic dysfunction and other issues that make all this concerning. This injections may be a blessing and help me through with better quality. Hope so.

@jeanne5009 Sounds like you've had several issues as well that can cause these problems. Suggestion: I was careful to see a urogynocologist who deals with these combination issues regularly. I think that's made a difference in the diagnosis and maybe the injections rather than other. And I thought I never needed a gyno again, after all the surgeries and now the emptiness in my pelvic area. Beginning PT next week, also.

Hope you get good answers and results, Jeanne.

blessings to you, elizabeth

The cream does not have to go deep into your vagina. I use a disposable glove and insert a small amount into my vagina. I do not go deep. It works believe me.
