I am sorry, I didn't mean to suggest that it would be COVID related. I read your other posts and saw you were having other symptoms, so it is always good advice to seek an actual medical opinion.

I do know that spermatocele can cause lumps and discomfort if you have a blockage, so that my be a good topic to bring up with a physician as well. I posted a link below that may help you research that.

Thank you! I will consider all these. is there a possibility that this is a cyst. because its actually disappeared or became soft. I looked up and it said cysts had a central pore. And I thought this was likely because the cyst was on both sides of the testicle, seemingly at the end of the epipidymis tube.
