Good idea, sunnyflower. Question: how do you keep the leftover part of the avocado from turning brown? Or can you? I've never been successful at that but would love to buy them if I could choose to eat less than the whole thing at one sitting.

artist01, I am certainly no expert when it comes to food, but I have heard you can sprinkle lemon on the leftover avocado. Also, I read somewhere that you can save the pit and put the avocado around the pit. I guess that would work if you can mash the avocado and put the pit in the middle. It all sounds fairly silly, doesn't it? I have no idea if any of this works. Good luck! @joybringer1

Hello. Well, they say to squeeze lemon juice on it but I have found that doesn't work for me. I wrap it with Sarah wrap, trying to make sure it is touching the flesh everywhere w/ as little air to get to it as possible and then just skim off the dark parts if they are enough to bother me. If not I leave them be and eat it that way. I did my little pieces in a tiny bit of Catalina dressings. Or just use a little salt. I only cut and remove 1/4 of it at a time and leave the pit in until the last day when there is only one, 1/4 slice left. Here is a great site that tells how to store a cut avocado: https://www.bulletproof.com/diet/healthy-eating/how-to-store-avocados/ Warmest wishes, Sunnyflower
