lorianz, I can't help with you medical issues persay. What I can help you and many of us with keeping track of all of our doctors and medicines.
Go on line to "JournalsUnlimited.com! I have used their journals for many years. The newest one I've found is, "Health, A Medical Journal". In it it has pages for Prescribed Diagnostic Tests on one page, the corresponding page has Your dates and times and what you saw them for so you can record and not forget! Incredable Jouranl!
I'm not trying to circumvent copy write rules, but on the opening page is has a whole paragraph which starts of with, "You are your own best advocate!" Goes on more about taking control of you health and well being!
If anyone has any questions about it, please let me know!

Thanks a bunch Sundance! This journal will help a lot!

lorianz.... sounds like a good idea. I have dozens of medical files, where I am having problems is overlapping information and photocopying and then have two copies on 2 different files, then doctor left town so I printed my file he gave me on usb stick and it goes on and on - hundreds of pages... but Doctors are putting our info on their files, usb sticks, but NO INDEX, so I am typing up an index which is so time consuing.... thing is, now I cant find anything at short notice, so maybe best to just journal it. My spouse has 2 files , one when he had cancer and one when heart surgery... I have forty! I hav also printed off pages re medications , test results, photos of urine test strips... its overwhelming and now I am not sure what info to keep and what to get rid of: I would like to put it all into a shredder.... and maybe jump in after it!!!
