Hi Deanna, I’m glad you have found something that works for you since there are so many choices and not all are successful. I am guessing you do not take gabapentin or lyrica. Many here take the alpha lipoic acid, myself included and find it helps a lot with the pain. We have mentioned brand names and where to purchase on this forum in the past so I assume it’s ok. I for one would like to know what exactly you are using, I thought arnica was to prevent bruising, didn’t know it helped with pain. Thanks, Helen

Hi Helen, the topical I use is "MyPainAway Fibro Cream." It's said "To relieve pains associated with fibromyalgia and neuropathy." I ordered it online from Amazon. No, I haven't tried the other two products you mentioned. ~Deanna
